Even as a teenager, I worked part-time in the restaurant industry and quickly realized that when it comes to guests, good food, and special experiences, I feel right at home. After graduating from high school, I ventured into training as a hotel manager in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic—a challenge that taught me one thing above all else: flexibility is not a “nice to have” in this industry, but a survival strategy.
I then had the opportunity to work in two large hotels in Frankfurt, where I gained all the knowledge and experience the hotel industry has to offer. I joined Janina’s team in July, where I can now pursue my true passion: project management and acquisition.
